What is Coaching?
Coaching is an ongoing partnership designed to help individuals identify and achieve goals and produce the life they really want to live. Through this partnership, a coach raises an individual’s awareness to help him or her see things differently or more clearly.
A Coach is a professionally-trained individual who works with others to achieve the results they desire for themselves. A Coach uses powerful questions, active listening skills, and other proven techniques and activities to help others break free of old habits, false paradigms, and chart the course to a better life!
People often ask what topics a life coach can help with. The answer is “anything.” If it affects your life then it can be a topic for coaching.
How does Coaching work?
All coaching sessions are done over the phone. Calls typically last 50 minutes and can occur from 2 to 4 times per month. The schedule, format and length of calls will be established during our initial meeting where we will also establish other guidelines and expectations to best meet your needs.
