About Me
At every job I’ve ever had I found myself playing the role of in-house coach/counselor. And I loved it. My superpower is making people feel safe and seen. I often learn a person’s life story the first time I meet them. It is not uncommon for people to say to me “I don’t know why I told you that. I’ve never told anyone that.”
It’s a gift I didn’t always know I had. It was normal for me. It wasn’t until I was working at a large law firm that someone pointed out to me how rare this quality was. I suppose most superheroes feel the same way. When you’ve always had a superpower you don’t realize how unique it is.
Once I realized I had this gift I did what all good superheroes do – I decided to use it to help others. And one of the things I do is help others discover their superpower. We all have one and we can all use them for good. And right now the world needs more good in it.
